Before making a payment please read through the check list below, if you can tick yes to all then please proceed to our payment portal.

  • You have used the budget calculator to confirm you can afford the payment amount?
  • All of your priority bills are up to date?
  • Making this payment will not put you into further financial difficulty?
  • You are not using any form of credit to make the payment such as a Credit Card or Loan?

Please also ensure you have the reference number of your account which can be found at the top of any letters or emails we may have sent to you.
